Problem

With every new home design, finding necessary elements like fans that not only fit into the design but complement it can be tricky. There is also the fear that choosing a fan means a trade-off between air-flow and noise. For Susan Hansen, she was facing exactly this dilemma.

“Our fan choice needed to complement the architectural design features of our house without being too much of a statement – understated, but strong,” Ms Hansen said.

With a gorgeously designed house that was very open, featuring doors that disappeared into the walls to create large spaces where the outside blended with the inside, this was all too important.
